OVERVIEW
In an increasingly competitive mindfulness and meditation app market, Calm and Headspace have emerged as leaders. Calm's focus on music and sleep stories contrasts with Headspace's emphasis on meditation and educational content. Despite Calm's success, there's an opportunity for further growth through innovative user engagement strategies. This case study explores the potential of gamification to enhance user interaction and broaden the mindfulness practices offered by Calm.
